Personal Counseling

The Counseling Office offers counseling and assistance to enrolled students for issues including:

  • Personal Counseling – Depression, anxiety, stress and other mental health issues
  • Academic Counseling – Time management, test anxiety, study skills, choosing or changing major
  • Crisis Intervention – Support for mental health emergencies
  • Outreach Presentations – Educational programs for classes or meetings on a wide variety of useful topics


Counselors are personally, professionally, and legally committed to the students' right to privacy. A student’s information will not be disclosed outside of the Counseling Office without a students' written permission, with the exception of circumstances which would result in clear danger to the individual or others or as required by law.
